Reason Why we will not open:

Extremely Irresponsible FS ; after telling fans that there were delays they proceeded to post less/disappear on Weibo starting 2021. Sales began in 07.2020 however no updates were given after 10.2020. To be fair they did state that the goods & PB sets would be shipping separately however the QR code provided by the fansite was not up to date and a lot of other fans were not able to find their tracking until their pkg arrived to their house. Superbuy needs the tracking number so they can add it to our warehouse so this wasn't an option for us.

After DM-ing them I was able to get a good number of tracking numbers : we received all of the goods sets + a good number of PBs. In the end we were missing two PBs in which one of I bought from a reseller in KR the other one would have been mine so I was fine without her PB. The cloth bags + poker cards + slogan & slogan binder compensation for delayed shipping to time of writing has not been received.

As of time of writing this post - the fansite has not been active since 05.13.21.

FS had a really bad attitude and did not believe we were missing goods. Overall it was just a bad experience as she practically took 1 year to produce this PB set and ended up disappearing when people asked to take responsibility.  We will not be opening ever again for this fansite under any circumstances.
