GO is marked as complete after Goods are shipped to You

<aside> ⛅ In Transit to Warehouse:

After the Goods arrive to our CN warehouse: we double check our order and make sure nothing is missing.

For KR: Korgou charges a $3 fee to take pictures so we do not use this service.

For MISC: Most of our MISC GOs are sent directly to us - Christy films a unboxing video and we contact the seller should there be missing goods.

<aside> ⛅ In Transit to US Address:

CN GOs: Processed in order of expiration. We get 90 free storage days in our warehouse. Shipping times may vary since we usually choose the most price efficient option.

KR GOs: Processed in order of expiration. We get 45 free storage days in our warehouse. We ship with DHL as it is the cheapest option.

MISC GOs: Whatever is the most convenient for the seller. UPS for Cam Phong.

<aside> ⛅ EMS / DMS Deadlines

EMS Rates are sent once the goods arrive at our house ; we weigh everything. EMS rates are due a week from the date we send out the payment emails!

DMS Rates are posted within 2 weeks of you submitting a DMS form!

Please remember to film an unboxing video! In case you’re missing items we do require you to send us the video as proof or you will have to wait until the end of the batch to see if we have any leftover items.
