Jenn: Makes GO Forms, Tweet Reminders, Updates Notion, EMS Calculations

Christy: Checks Payments, DMS Calculations, Packs & Ships Merchies

General Rules:

• Generally we ask that you submit payment for your goods within 24 hours + or before the GO ends: whichever comes first. If you’re having financial trouble please email us an we’ll see what we can do!
• If you no longer wish to participate for a GO:
  • GO form is still open: email us and we’ll cancel your order!
  • GO has ended (before EMS rates are sent): unfortunately you will be responsible for your items & EMS however you can sell your item to another individual and request we ship them the item
• GOs take a long time as most fansites & shops open preorders first~

<aside> ⛅ Estimated Time For Goods (Production Phase Only):

• PBs: 5-6 months
• Dolls: 9+ months
• Magazines: 3-4 months
• TB Shops: 3-4 months (may vary shop by shop)
• Cam Phong: approx 4-5 months
