PACKAGED -
TO BE SHIPPED - Package are scheduled for a pickup (domestic USPS) or dropped off at Staples (UPS) on the shipping day !
SHIPPED - Package has been dropped off at the Staples (UPS) or picked by Mail Courier (USPS)
COMPLETED - All packages and items has been shipped out for this BATCH
RECLAIMS - EMS / DMS Rate was not paid, item will be put up for claims
